Update - The UK Education Department extended the total number of vacant posts for Uttarakhand Primary Teacher Recruitment 2016. Now the Assistant Teacher (Primary) Recruitment will be for 1200 Vacancies in place of 653 Vacancies. In all the districts (except Almora, Nainital, Pauri, Rudraprayag and Tehri district where vacancies unchanged) vacancies of Primary Teacher have increased. District-wise revised/new vacancy details or number of Basic Teacher (B.Ed TET-1 pass) vacancies have been updated below.

For Primary Teacher (Urdu) - A Bachelor�s Degree (with Urdu as main subject)/ PG Degree in Urdu Language and B.Ed/ B.Ed (Special Education)/ D.Ed (Special Education) from a recognized College/ University/ institution with CTET-1/UTET-1 qualification.

Selection and Recruitment Process

Uttarakhand Prathmik Vidyalaya Sahayak Adhyapak selection process will be completed under the supervision of the SCERT Uttarakhand, Dehradun. Candidates will be selected as an Assistant Teacher Primary (Sahayak Adhyapak) on the basis of training year seniority and merit calculated as per the method given below. The combined seniority list will be prepared on State level and districts will be allotted to candidates in order of their preference, seniority & merit. The Selection & Recruitment Process is also known as Vishisht BTC/ Special BTC/ VBTC and the Previous recruitment was advertised in Feb 2014.

Merit/ Index/ Gunank calculation method

High School - (Marks% x 0.75) � 10

Intermediate - (Marks% x 1.5) � 10

Graduation - (Marks% x 2.25) � 10

B.Ed/ B.Ed (Special Education)/ D.Ed (Special Education) Training

Theory - (Marks% x 3) � 10

Practical - (Marks% x 1.5) � 10

TET Class 1 to 5 (CTET-1/UTET-1) - (Marks% x 1) � 10

Application Fee

General/ OBC Category - Rs.500/-

SC/ ST Category - Rs.250/-

The requisite application fee can be remitted in the form of Crossed Bank Draft drawn from any nationalized bank in favor of Additional Director, SCERT Uttarakhand, Dehradun. PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

Send application form complete in all respect along with application fee and self-attested copies of supporting documents as educational certificates, marks sheets, caste certificate, employment office registration certificate, domicile certificate etc by Registered Post/ Speed Post addressed to �State Council of Education Research and Training (SCERT) Uttarakhand, Rajiv Gandhi Navodaya Vidyalaya Premises, Nanoor Khera Dehradun� so as to reach on or before last date i.e. 05 March 2016.
