Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education (UBTER) invites applications for Joint Entrance Examination Polytechnic (JEEP) 2016 for admission to Diploma Engineering / Technology and other courses in affiliated Polytechnics / Technology Institutions. All eligible candidates may apply for Uttarakhand Polytechnic Exam 2016 in the prescribed application format. Seats in Government Aided Institutions - 365 Seats
Seats in Private Institutions - 14460 Seats
Age Limit - No age limitation
Educational Qualification
Group E (Diploma Engineering/ Technology courses) - 10th class pass with Science & Maths or equivalent qualification
Group P (Diploma in Pharmacy) - 12th/ Intermediate examination pass with Science
Group H (Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology) - 12th/ Intermediate or equivalent examination pass with English
Group M (Modern Office Management & Secretarial Practice) - 12th/ Intermediate or equivalent examination pass with Hindi and English in 10th or 12th
Group G (PG Diploma in Computer Application) - Graduate in any stream
Group T (Textile Design, Garment Technology, Fashion Design) for female candidates - 10th class pass
Group A (Lateral entry in 2nd year of Diploma Engineering) - 12th pass with PCM subject or 12th pass with Professional/ Technology subject or 02 years ITI pass

For Group H, M, G, T, A - Nainital, Almora, Kashipur, Lohaghat, Uttarkashi, Srinagar, Dehradun and Roorkee

All others - Rs.800/-
How to Apply
Candidates may get UBTER JEEP Application forms by paying requisite fee from any Government Polytechnic & Board Office. Application forms UK Polytechnic Exam 2016 will be available up to 25.03.2016. Submit the application form in the prescribed format (OMR) complete in all respect by self or through Registered Post to �The Secretary, Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education, Sunhara Road, Kashipuri, Roorkee, Pin Code-247667� so as to reach on or before last date.
