Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit:
People belonging to General category Upper Age Limit should not be above than 28 years.
People belonging to OBC category the Upper Age Limit is relax able up to 3 years.
People belonging to SC/ST category the Upper Age Limit are relax able up to 5 years.
Educational Qualification:
- For the post of Management Trainee (Mechanical)
- People should have passed a Degree in Mechanical /Mechanical & Production Engineering/ Mechanical & Industrial Engineering from a recognised University.
- For the post of Management Trainee (Electrical)
- People should have passed a Degree in Electrical/Electrical & Instrumentation /Electrical & Electronics from a recognised University.
- For the post of Management Trainee (Electronics)
- People should have passed a Degree in Electronics /Electronics & Instrumentation/Electronics & Telecommunication /Electronics & Communication/ Instrumentation & Control / from a recognised University.
- For the post of Management Trainee (Civil)
- People should have passed a minimum Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University.
- For the post of Design Trainee (Mechanical)
- People should have passed a Degree in Mechanical/Mechanical & Production Engineering/ Mechanical & Industrial Engineering from a recognised University.
- For the post of Design Trainee (Electrical)
- People should have passed a Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical Instrumentation from a recognised University.
- For the post of Design Trainee (Electronics)
- People should have passed a Degree in Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electronics & Instrumentation / Applied Electronics from a recognised University.
Selection Process:
- Persons who are interested to apply for HAL Recruitment 2016 should qualify for the Gratitude Aptitude Engineering Test (GATE) -2017.
- People are selected based on the score they secured in GATE -2017.
- People will be finally selected on the Interview conducted by HAL.
Pay Scale for HAL Recruitment 2016:
- People that are selected finally will undergo training period for 1 year.
- Pay of scale during training period will be Rs.16400/-
- The persons who successfully completes their training period will be designated as Engineers and would be given a salary of Rs.16400-40500/-
Service Agreement Bond for HAL Recruitment 2016:
- Candidates who are selected should execute a Service Agreement Bond to serve Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) for a period of 5 years (excluding the training period).
- Candidates who break the Service Agreement during training or after training should pay an amount of Rupees Five Lakhs.
How to apply: The people are requested to qualify in GATE exam and they are selected through the score they obtained in exam. When the online application starts for HAL notification people are advised to apply before the closing date.
