Age Limit
Soldier GD - 17� to 21 Years
Soldier Clerk/SKT, Soldier Technical, Tradesmen - 17� to 23 Years
Educational Qualification
Soldier GD - 10th pass with 45% Marks in aggregate and 33% Marks in each subject. In case of 12th and higher education, stipulation of percentage is waived off.
Soldier Clerk/SKT - 12th/ 10+2 Exam pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 50% Marks in aggregate and minimum 40% Marks in each subject.
[Revised qualification for Soldier Clerk/SKT (effective from 01.04.2017) - 12th/ 10+2 Exam pass with 60% Marks in aggregate (minimum 50% Marks in each subject) and have studied English & Maths/ Accounts/ Book Keeping in Class 12th or 10th]
Soldier Technical - 12th pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths & English with minimum 50% Marks in aggregate and minimum 40% Marks in each subject.
Tradesmen - 10th/ 08th pass
How to Apply
Eligible candidates may apply online for Jammu and Kashmir Bharti Rally (ARO Srinagar and ARO Jammu) through the website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. Only After the online application registration process you may appear in the recruitment rally at scheduled locations (Pattan, Akhnoor & Kuru) on respective dates as mentioned in Admit Card. You will have to carry all required documents at the rally site such as educational certificates/ marks sheet, domicile certificate, character certificate, unmarried certificate, ID proof, other certificates (NCC/Computer/Sports etc), passport size photographs etc.
All the required information as Rally date, time, category, essential documents etc will be given in Admit Card. You may download your Admit Card after the closing date of receipt of online application.
