Emoluments : Rs.14,610/- per month for Customer Agent & Rs. 11,040/- per month for Handyman
Age Limit as on 1st February 2017 : Upper age limited is 30 Years for General Candidates, 33 Years for OBC Candidates and 35 Years for SC/ST. Age relaxation for Ex-Servicemen will be given as per rules
Education Qualification
a) Customer Agent : (i) Candidate must hold Graduate Degree of minimum 03 years duration in any discipline. (ii) Candidate should have knowledge of basic computer operations. (iii) Candidate must have minimum 06 months experience in any of the areas of combination thereof, of fares, reservation, Air line Ticketing, Computerized passenger check-in/ cargo handling area with any Airline / Airline Travel Agency or Ground Handling Agency. (iv) Candidate should have Knowledge of Local & Hindi languages.
b) Handyman : (i) Candidate must have passed 10th Class from Recognized Board with Knowledge of English and Hindi language. (ii) Candidate must have minimum Three-year experience of Aviation Sector or Ground Handling Agency.
Selection Process: Selection will be made through Screening Process & Pre-Employment Medical Examination
Application Fee: Candidates are required to fee Application Fee (non-refundable) of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) through a Demand Draft in favor of "AIR INDIA AIR TRANSPORT SERVICES LTD.", payable at Mumbai. SC/ST communities are not required to pay an application fee. Candidate must write Full Name, & Mobile.No. at the reverse side of the Demand Draft.
Candidates can appear for walk-in-interview as per schedule with duly filled-in Application Form along with copies of the testimonials/ certificates, Demand Draft at Air India Ltd. Engineering Complex New Technical Area, Dum Dum, Kolkata - 700 052 (Opposite to Airport SPEED POST office)
