Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300-34800 plus Grade Pay Rs.4240/-
Age Limit : Minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum 28 years as on 1st January 2016 i.e. candidate should not have been born before 1st Jan 1988 and after 31st Dec 1997
Education Qualification
a) Sub Inspector (Executive/Armed) : Candidate should have completed Graduation in any discipline.
b) Sub Inspector (Telecommunication) : Candidate should have completed Graduation in Electronics & Communication Engineering OR Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering OR Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
Selection Process : Selection process will consist of Physical Endurance Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), Written Examination (Objective Type) and Viva-Voce/Personality Assessment test. Candidates who will qualify in Physical Endurance Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST) will b called for Written Test and candidates who will qualify in Written Test will be called for Viva-Voce/Personality Assessment test.
Application Fee : Candidates have to pay fee charges of Rs.300/- (Rupees Three Hundred Only) through online or use the services of Common Service Centers.In case of non availability of online payment facility, candidates may deposit application fee through Bank Challan.
How to Apply : Eligible candidates may fill online application form available on JK Police website http://www.jkpolice.gov.in from 17th January 2017 to 16th February 2017 till 11:59 PM
