Educational Qualification
Matriculation (10th pass) or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University, and Industrial Training Institute trained candidates will be preferred.
Physical Standards
Gen/ SC/ OBC - Height: 170 Cms, Chest: 80-85 Cms
Garhwali, Kumaoni, Gorkha, Dogra, Maratha etc. category - Height: 165 Cms, Chest: 78-83 Cms
ST - Height: 162.5 Cms, Chest: 76-81 Cms
Weight - Proportionate to height
Selection Procedure
CISF Tradesman Recruitment process will consist of Eligibility Test (Age, Educational Qualification, Height, Chest etc), Physical Efficiency Test / PET (1 Mile Race in 6.30 Minutes), Documentation, Trade Test and Medical Examination. For selection, separate merit list will be prepared category-wise and post-wise on the basis of marks obtained in the trade test.
Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay Rs.50/- as application fee in the form of Indian Postal Order in favour of the concerned authorities. SC, ST and Ex-servicemen candidates are not required to submit application fee.
