Indian Air Force (IAF) has released notification to organize Airmen Recruitment rally for Kurnool, Prakasam, Anantapur, Kadapa, Nellore & Chittoor districts of State of Andhra Pradesh and Yanam District (UT of Puducherry). The Recruitment Test for Group Y (Non Technical) Medical Assistant and IAF (Security) Trades will be conducted from 16 September to 22 September 2016 at District Indoor Stadium, Kadapa (Andhra Pradesh). Age Limit
Candidates should be born between 08 January 1997 and 28 June 2000 (both days inclusive). Upper age limit on date of enrolment is 21 years.
Educational Qualification
Group Y Medical Assistant - Intermediate/ 10+2/ Equivalent exam pass in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. Or Passed 02 years Vocational Course with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
Group Y IAF (Security) - Intermediate/ 12th/ Equivalent examination pass in any stream/subjects with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. Or Passed 02 years Vocational Course with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
The selection process will consist of Verification of eligibility, Written test, Adaptability test 1, PFT, Adaptability test 2 & Medical Examination. The Physical Fitness Test (PFT) for Indian Air Force (Security) Trade will comprise of Run, Chin-ups, Push-ups and Bent-Knee Sit-ups. For Selection, All India Select List (AISL) will be prepared and the inclusion of candidates in the AISL depends upon their performance in the recruitment rally. The AISL will be displayed at 12 Airmen Selection Centre, Air Force Station Begumpet, Bowenpally, Secunderabad (Telangana) on 30th April 2017.
How to Apply
Eligible candidates may appear in the recruitment rally at District Indoor Stadium, Kadapa (Andhra Pradesh) on respective dates (16, 18 & 20 Sept) with writing materials and required documents as mentioned in the official recruitment rally notice.
