Reserve Bank of India is also known as Central Bank of India which is established on April 1st 1935 and it is nationalized in 1949. Now it is totally under the Government of India (GOI). Eligibility Criteria:
In order to apply for the post of Grade-B officers, candidates should fulfill the following conditions.
Age Limit: Candidate should be of the age 21-30 years as on july1st 2016(i.e. Candidates should be born between 02/07/1986 to 01/07/1995).
Relaxation of age is applied according to the rules of the government.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have the minimum of 60% of marks in Degree/ Graduation, 12th Standard (or Diploma) and 10th Standard as on 1/07/2016.
Number Of Attempts: Candidates belonging to General Category who had already been applied for more than 6 times are not eligible to apply. There are no such restrictions for OBC, SC, ST candidates.
Application Fee: Candidates of GENERAL and OBC should pay Rs.850 and Rs.100 for (SC/ST/PWD).
Payment of fees is through online mode only. The Application is available at the official website of RBI where the candidates are subjected to fill the respective details in online and pay the fees.
How to apply: The eligible candidates are requested to log on to the official website and apply through online mode from 18-7-2016 to 09-8-2016.
Process of Selection:
The Exam of Grade-B Officers consists of two levels and the total exam is held in online.
Level-I: It consists of objective paper held for 200 marks which is on Sep 4th 2016
Level-II: Candidates who are shortlisted from Level-I are eligible to write the Level-II which will be held on Sep 9th 2016.
There will be cutoff marks for each individual section and for the total score in Level-I, and the candidates who secure these marks are eligible for Level-II.
