How to force Blogger to show desktop template on mobile devices?

When a Blogger blog is viewed on mobile devices, Blogger by default chooses a mobile template to display the blog. Now, mobile templates are great as the display is optimized for mobile devices' screen. The blog posts are nicely arranged to fit the mobile device's screen.
