Befor you do this take a time to backup your template.

First Step

Find the code as below:

Remove the code and add with this code:

Second Step
Find the code as below:
<a expr:href='data:post.url'><data:post.title/></a>

Remove the code and add with this code:
<a expr:href='data:post.url' expr:title='data:post.title'><data:post.title/></a>

Finally you got it

Click SAVE TEMPLATE.
