Indian Army Garhwal Rifles Regiment going to organize next Open Recruitment (Bharti) rally for eligible candidates from all the districts of Garhwal region (i.e. Chamoli, Dehradun, Haridwar, Pauri Garhwal, Rudraprayag, Tehri Garhwal & Uttarkashi) of the Uttarakhand State. The recruitment rally for Soldier GD, Soldier Clerk/SKT, Soldier Technical, Soldier Tradesmen, Soldier Nursing Assistant (NA) & NA (Vet) posts will be held at Kotdwar (UK) from 16 November to 30 November 2016 under ARO Lansdowne. Soldier GD - 17� to 21 Years
Soldier Clerk/SKT, Soldier NA, Soldier Technical and Tradesmen - 17� to 23 Years
Educational Qualification
Soldier GD - 10th pass with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. In case of 12th and higher education, stipulation of percentage is waived off.
Soldier Clerk - 12th/ Intermediate Exam pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 50% marks in aggregate and minimum 40% in each subject.
Soldier Technical - 12th/ Intermediate Exam Pass in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Maths & English with 50% marks in aggregate and minimum 40% in each subject.
Soldier Nursing Assistant (NA) - 12th Pass in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English with 50% marks in aggregate and minimum 40% in each subject.
Tradesmen - 10th pass or ITI (Syce, Mess Keeper and House Keeper: 8th pass)
How to Apply
Eligible candidates may appear in the recruitment rally at Kotdwar (UK) on respective dates with required documents as Educational Certificates/ Marks sheet, Domicile Certificate, Character Certificate, Unmarried Certificate, Other Certificates (NCC/Computer/Sports etc), Passport size Photographs etc. Candidates are required to carry all documents in original along with photocopies of each (Attested by a Gazetted Officer/Principal/Headmaster).
