Educational Qualification:
1. Management Trainee: People should have a Degree with 1st Class Master of Business Administration with the Specialization in Personnel Management / Human Resource Management / Industrial Relation / Marketing Management / Supply Chain Management.
No Work Experience is required.
2. Management Trainee (Technical): People should have a 1stClass Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture with Entomology from recognized University/Education.
No Work Experience is required.
3. Assistant Engineer (Civil): People should have a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
No Work Experience is required.
4. Accountant: Candidate with B.com or BA (Commerce) or Chartered Accountant or Cost and Works Accountants or SAS Accountants of the Indian Audit and Accounts Department.
Candidate should have 3 years of Experience in maintaining and auditing of Accounts in Industrial/Commercial /Department Undertakings.
5. Superintendent (General): Candidate should possess any Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution.
No Work Experience is required.
6. Junior Superintendent: People should have any of the Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution.
No Work Experience is required.
7. Junior Technical Assistant: People should have a Degree in Agriculture or a Degree with Zoology, Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry as one of the Subjects from a recognized University/Institution.
No Work Experience is required.
8. Stenographer: People should have passed Metric with a minimum speed of 80 words per minute in English Short hand and 40 words per minute in English typing. No work Experience is required.
Procedure of Selection: Candidates will be selected as the information provided below. For Post 1,2,3,4 & 5 (Management Trainee (General & Technical), Assistant Engineer (Civil), Accountant, Superintendent (General) Candidates will be selected through Online Test Document Verification & Interview.
For Post 6 & 7 (Junior Superintendent & Junior Technical Assistant) Candidates will be selected through Online Test & Document Verification
