National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) is a government based company in India. It was set up to carry out the Human Resource Development and all the related activities in the area of the Information, Electronics and communications Technology (IECT).They are having branches and head offices all over the country. The Institution conducts various types of exams to recruit staff members to meet the vacancies in the particular departments. Recently (NIELIT) has invited applications for the post of Scientist � B 2016. It is recruiting the people to fill in the given 60 vacancies. Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: All the persons who are applying to this particular post should not attain more than 30 years of age on the last date of submission of application. The relaxation of age for OBC SC/ST & persons with the disabilities and also for other special categories will be provided according to the rules followed by the Government.

Educational Qualification: For this particular post people should have completed B.E /B.Tech from a well known recognised University/Institution with a minimum of 60% of aggregate of marks.

Selection method: People will be got selected through the Written Examination & Interview.

Scheme of Written Examination:

The Written Examination is of Objective type & OMR based.
There will be total of 120 questions.
For every single question carries 1 mark and also there will be a 0.25 cut off marks for each and every wrong answer.
Persons that are successfully selected in the written exam will be shortlisted to the Interview.
Verification of certificates and documents will do at the time of the interview.
Candidates will be taken in to consideration on the basis of their merit for selection in the particular stream or an Organisation.

Salary details: People that are selected in the final interview will be paid an amount of Rs.15600-RS.39100/- with a grade pay of Rs.5400/- will also be provided.

Fees details:

People belonging to the General Category/OBC should pay: Rs.800
People belonging to the SC/ST/PWD/Women Candidates should pay: Rs.400
