HBSE Notice - Adhaar Mandatory for Scholarship from 2016-17

HBSE on 10.08.2016 issued a notice regarding Adhaar Mandatory/Necessary for all Government Subsidies/scholarships from 2016-17. Now all subsidies and scholarships would be disbursed directly into the beneficiary's bank account number.
