D.El.Ed Entrance Exam for Primary School Teachers 2016-2017

Uttarakhand School Education, Ramnagar (Nainital) invited applications for 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) commencing from 2016 in DIETs of all the 13 districts. It's the second entrance test for D.El.Ed Training while the first D.El.Ed entrance test was conducted in year 2014. Age Limit (as on 01.07.2017) - 19 to 30 years (Relaxation in age as per rules).

Educational Qualification - Completed Graduate Degree from a recognized University before publication of this advertisement.

Selection Procedure

As we know, now B.Ed Degree holders are not eligible for Teaching in Primary Schools and they can't apply for UTET-1 also. Therefore now to be a Primary School Teacher and to be eligible for UTET-1 as a required qualification, candidates must have Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). Candidates will be selected for the 02 years self financed D.El.Ed (earlier it was known as BTC) training in respective DIETs on the basis of their performance in the entrance exam. For selection merit list will be prepared in order of entrance exam marks obtained by candidates.

Gen/OBC Candidates - Rs. 350/-

SC/ST Candidates - Rs. 175/-

Disabled Candidates - Rs. 100/-

How to Apply

Candidates are required to get D.El.Ed Application forms from the Post Offices of Uttarakhand by paying requisite fee. Application forms will be available from 01 November to 23 November, 2016. Eligible candidates may send their application by Registered Post/Speed Post in the prescribed format (OMR application form) complete in all respect addressed to �Secretary, Uttarakhand Vidhyaleye Siksha Parishad, Ramnagar (Nainital)� so as to reach on or before the last date.
