Female - 05 Vacancies (UR-04, SC-00, ST-00, OBC-01)

Age Limit
Direct Recruitment - 18 to 25 years as on 28.02.2017
Departmental (LDCE) - Maximum 35 years
Educational Qualification
Direct Recruitment - 10+2 (12th Pass) or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/ University
Departmental (LDCE) - Constable (GD), Head Constable (GD), Head Constable (Ministerial) & Constable (Tradesman) with 05 years regular service in respective grade and 10+2 (12th Pass) or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/ University
Skill Test (On computer)
Dictation - 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute
Transcription time - 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi on computer

Gen/SC/OBC Category: Unexpanded-77 Cms, Expanded-82 Cms
ST Category: Unexpanded-76 Cms, Expanded-81 Cms
Weight - Proportionate to height and age
Selection and Recruitment Procedure
CISF ASI Steno selection process will consist of Physical Standard Test (PST), Written examination, Skill test and Medical examination.
Written Exam Pattern
Candidates who qualify the PST will be allowed to appear in OMR based Written exam. The question paper will be of 02 hours duration and will comprise of 100 objective type questions (100 Marks) based on General Intelligence, General Studies/ Elementary Science, General English or Hindi and Arithmetic. Qualifying marks will be 35% for General category and 33% for SC/ ST/ OBC/ Ex-servicemen category.
Thereafter, candidates will be called for Skill Test on the basis of written exam cut off marks. After the Skill Test, category wise merit list will be prepared and the shortlisted candidates will be put through a Detailed Medical examination.
Final selection will be made from medical examination, according to merit and availability of vacancies.
Application fee - Rs.100/-
The fee can be remitted in the form of Postal Order drawn in favour of the concerned Zone Officer as mentioned in the recruitment notice. SC/ST, Female and Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

Send application form complete in all respect along with attested copies of required documents, admit card, fee, 03 self-addressed envelopes of 12 x 27 Cms size (02 envelopes with postal stamp of Rs.22) etc to the concerned DIG of CISF (Zone Officer) so as to reach on or before last date.
