Recruitment Procedure

Delhi Police (DP) Constable Recruitment process will consist of Physical Endurance & Measurement Test (PE & MT), Computer based Written Exam, Medical Examination and Police Verification. PE&MT will be conducted state-wise by Delhi Police, thereafter SSC will conduct written exam of PE&MT qualified candidates.

Application fee - Rs.100/-

Fee can be paid through SBI Challan/ Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card. SC, ST, Women and Ex-serviceman candidates are exempted from payment of fee.

How to Apply

Eligible and interested candidates may apply for Delhi Police Constable Vacancies 2016-2017 Online through the SSC website www.ssconline.nic.in upto 10 October 2016. Before applying online, candidates will have to go through One-time registration process to apply for any exam conducted by the SSC. Thereafter you can apply for Delhi Police Constable Executive Male/Female Examination 2016 with Registration ID and password provided by the system at the time of One-time registration. You are advised to read the instructions carefully and fill all the required details while filling up the one-time registration form and the application form.

Educational Qualification - Bachelor�s Degree from a recognised university or equivalent qualification. For the post of Sub Inspector in Delhi Police, male candidates should possess a valid Driving License for LMV (Motor cycle and Car).

Selection & Recruitment Process - SSC SI ASI written examination will consist of Paper-I and Paper-II. Candidates will be shortlisted for PET/Medical Examination on the basis of Paper-I Marks. Only qualified candidates of PET/PST and Medical Examination will be allowed to appear in Paper-II. Final selection of candidates will be based on their total marks in the Written Exam in Paper 1st & Paper 2nd.
