10th pass (Matriculation) from a recognized Board and have represented State/ Country/ University in the National/ International/ Inter University Games/Sports.

Gen/ SC/ OBC - Male: 170 Cms, Female: 157 Cms

ST Candidates - Male: 162.5 Cms, Female: 150 Cms

Garhwali, Kumaoni, Gorkha, Dogra, Maratha etc. category - Male: 165 Cms, Female: 155 Cms

Chest (Only for male candidates)

Gen/ SC/ OBC - 80-85 Cms

ST Candidates - 76-81 Cms

Garhwali, Kumaoni, Gorkha, Dogra, Maratha etc. category - 78-83 Cms

Weight - Proportionate to height and age

Recruitment Procedure

ITBP Sports Quota Selection / Recruitment process will consist of Checking of documents, Physical Standard Test (PST), Trial Test and Medical Examination.

Application fee

Gen/OBC candidates are required to pay Rs. 100/- as application fee in form of Indian Postal Order (IPO) in favor of the DIG, BTC, ITBP. SC, ST and Female candidates are exempted from payment of fee.

Recruitment Procedure

Selection/Recruitment process for Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) & ARs Constable GD will consist of Height Bar Test, Race (5 Kms race within 24 minutes for male and 1.6 Kms race within 8.30 minutes for female), Written Test and Medical Examination.

How to Apply

Eligible and desirous candidates will have to appear for Recruitment Rally registration at respective PST & PET Centres from 24 August to 02 September 2016. For registration carry the duly filled application form along with attested copies of Educational Certificates, SC/ST/OBC Certificate, Domicile Certificate, Aadhar Card, Voter Card etc. Admit card, Roll number, date & time for further recruitment process will be issued at the time of registration.

Selection & Recruitment Process - SSC SI ASI written examination will consist of Paper-I and Paper-II. Candidates will be shortlisted for PET/Medical Examination on the basis of Paper-I Marks. Only qualified candidates of PET/PST and Medical Examination will be allowed to appear in Paper-II. Final selection of candidates will be based on their total marks in the Written Exam in Paper 1st & Paper 2nd. Online application contains two parts- Part I Registration & Part II Registration.
