1)   Create a Gmail account 

 2)   now go to     WWW.wapka.com   and signup your Gmail account there  direct link here to sign            up  Click here 

3)    after signup go to your Gmail account to verify your account 



    
4)     Then click on Manage

5)     Now you have 2 modes available, click on  mode  Admin
     
6)     After that a blank page will be open 

7)       At the Lower right most corner you have a                      link  ::EDIT SITE(#):: click on it.

8)       Now click on � (WML/XHTML code).On   clicking it you have window.
