Indian Navy Recruitment MR NMR 01/2017
Age Limit - 17 to 21 years as on 01.04.2017 i.e. a candidate should be born between 01 April 1996 and 31 March 2000 (Both dates inclusive)
Educational Qualification
Matric Recruits (MR)
Steward - Matric (10th Class Pass)
Cook - Matric (10th Class Pass)
Non Matric Recruits (NMR)
Topass - 06th Class Pass
Physical Standards
Height - Minimum 157 Cms
Chest - Minimum 5 Cms expansion
Weight - Proportionate to height and age
Selection/Recruitment Process
Selection/Recruitment Process will consist of Written Test, Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Medical Examination. An all India Merit list will be prepared of those candidates who qualify in all respects depending upon the available vacancies.
Physical Fitness Test (PFT) - PFT will consist of 1.6 Km run in 07 minutes, 20 Squat ups (Uthak Baithak) and 10 Push-ups.
