Pay/ Salary - Rs.5700/- during training and Rs.5200-20200 after completion of training

Age Limit (as on date of commencement of course)

Direct Entry Petty Officer - 17 to 22 years

SSR, MR & NMR - 17 to 21 years

Educational Qualification

Direct Entry Petty Officer - 10+2 pass in any stream or equivalent qualification

SSR - 10+2 pass in any stream or equivalent qualification

MR - 10th pass or equivalent

NMR - 06th pass

Candidates should have participated at International/ Junior or Senior National Championship/ Senior State Championship/ All India Inter University Championship in the Games or Sports.

Physical Standards

Height - Minimum 157 Cms

Chest - Minimum 5 Cms expansion

Weight - Proportionate to height and age

Selection / Recruitment Procedure

Eligible candidates whose application form is found to be in order will be called for selection trials. Thereafter, qualified candidates will undergo medical examination at INS Hamla, Mumbai. Final selection will be determined by requirement in particular sports disciplines and availability of vacancies.
